You should be clear on how you will be compensated, which hours of the day you will be expected to work, what technical equipment you will need, whether or not you will have to purchase such equipment with your own money, the duration of your position, your expected call or chat volume, etc. Also make sure that everything which you have stipulated to is in writing, so that you have legal recourse should the issue arise.

In summary, I do believe that work at home call centers are a viable way to earn a primary or secondary income on the internet. While you will need to do your research, choose the top program which matches your skill set and income goals.
