Three Main Affiliate Models.
Direct Model:
First one is known as the direct model, It's basically running ads and sending direct traffic to the merchants website with your affiliate link.
There are many way to do this. you can register your domain name so that when someone clicks that your URL it will direct them straight to the merchants website. It's better this way because people don't even know that it is an affiliate link. so it will auto redirect straight to your affiliate link to the merchants website.
The point is that people click on the ads that you will run. and the people will land on the merchants website with your affiliate link. and if someone buy that product or service then you get a commission.
The pro and cons of the direct model:
Google AdWords a cutting down on the direct linking (affiliate marketing) that goes straight to that merchants website. now what they want you to do is, they want you to send traffic to your website first, and then straight to their website.
You need to do a review of that affiliate product first and then have your affiliate link there for people to click it in order to send traffic straight to the merchants website.
Affiliate Commission Engine:
This where you send traffic from anywhere such as EzineArticles, ads, email marketing, social media to what is called a landing page that offers something for free in exchange for their name and email.
And wants you start to build your list of subscribers, you then feed them with great content, and also promote your affiliate offers that you recommend with your affiliate links inside.
So basically the sole purpose of the model is to build a loyal subscriber database with providing great free content, and also recommending affiliate offers to them with your affiliate link.
This is probably the best affiliate model out there if you want to build a real business that grows with massive momentum in the long term.
A Blog:
The last one is running your own blog, where you regularly post free content related to that market. And throughout the post that you make you can link to different affiliate programs in your niche market.
You can also have affiliate product on the sidebar to, such as banner ads, blog roll links recommending other products and services with your affiliate link attached to that link, again you could by a domain name for that affiliate product which then redirects to your affiliate link.
So that's the blog model, so there you have the 3 Main Affiliate Models that you can use right now to start generating affiliate sales right now. you could also use a combination of all 3 affiliate model to increase your chances of generating more commissions
